Focusing on large-scale drawings and prints on paper and textile, I utilize sewing, embroidery, and quilting as a means of production. I make work as an exercise in remembering, or misremembering, foundational people, emotionally intimate conversations, and traumatic events in my life. My work can be big, creating its own space or environment, while simultaneously existing and functioning as utilitarian objects of comfort.
